This project was designed with intention, blending form, function, and lasting value.

Using Unilock’s Windermere pavers, we shaped a curved patio that feels both elegant and organic, softening the geometry of the yard while creating a welcoming flow throughout the space.

 

We added tailored Sienna Smooth steps and a clean-lined fence that defines the outdoor living area without feeling closed in. At the centre, a bordered  fire pit area sits on a 45-degree angle inlay, a subtle design move that creates visual separation while anchoring the space with purpose.

The property had long faced drainage challenges, so we regraded the landscape, discreetly buried the downspouts, and introduced a custom rain garden; not just as a solution, but as a feature. Now, water is guided away from the home and absorbed naturally by a lush, shade-loving planting palette, including ferns a ninebark and other textural perennials that thrive in this environment.

 

This space is now not only beautiful.....it’s built to perform, evolve, and be enjoyed for years to come.
